YOU WOULD BE CRAZY TO GO WITH ANYONE ELSE!!!
Do you want someone who is willing to listen to what you need? Help you decide what will be best in your situation? Give you a price quote that will beat all the others? AND back up their work with a TEN YEAR labor warranty (plus the manufacturer’s warranty on the product)? Then this is your company! Seriously, they were easy to get a hold of and answered all questions quickly.
I took bids from 5 companies before deciding to go with All Star. Many of the sales people I spoke with seemed slimy and more like a used car salesman. Terry and his wife are not that way and back up their words with actions.
They were able to get to our roof quickly and finished VERY fast! They cleaned everything up as if nothing happened!
Most importantly, they were willing to work with us on payments which no other roofing company would.
We couldn’t be more pleased

All Star Roofing did work at my residence, on December 7-8, 2007. The job was rather substantial and included full roof replacement on our main dwelling, a comparably sizeddetachedgarage, and a patio cover. The entire crew showed up on time and worked untildark on both days and completed the job on schedule. They were very courteousand diligent and kept the jobsite very clean. The owner, Terry, was very helpful andrecommended options for correcting issues with our patio cover which had been improperly constructed by the original builder. We are veryhappy with the job and were given an exceptional warranty. Our roofs have neverlooked better and the cost was comparable with those of the other roofing companieswe contacted. I highly recommend All Star and will use them again in the future if necessary.

This is my third roof and this was BY FAR the best experience! Terry was honest, and completely professional. The job was completed ina timely manner and I was impressed at the clean-up afterwards!

Terry provided great service and quality work. I had him fix a leaky roof a few days before a major storm was due to hit. He completed the work quickly and backed his work with a 1 year warranty. The storm came and went with no more leaky roof. Good job Terry and All Star Roofing!

“Terry was very honest and professional. He did a thorough inspection ofour roof and then to our surprise recommended only a few minor items, and explained how we could address them ourselves. We will definitely call again when we need roofing help.”

“Very friendly and professional. Patiently explained what he was doing, didn’t mind my getting up on the ladder to see, and he took photos for my records. According to my husband, who is in commercial construction, he did an excellent job. The job was finished in one day and the price was reasonable. Even cleaned up the mess left behind.Would definitely recommend him to my friends and co-workers. “

“They were very prompt with my estimate request. They came out on a Saturday to give me an estimate and the work was completed by that Sunday afternoon. My wife and I are very satisfied with the results. They are nothing short of amazing. The attention to detail was way beyond what would be expected from any company. It’s just too bad there aren’tmore stars to give them.”

Terry and Lynn are the stereotypical friendly Texans you’d want as your neighbor. These folks are probably some of the nicest and honest people out there. Although I didn’t need a roof repair this time, I did need to repair my fence a couple months ago because of all the crazy wind and parts of it finally gave out. Their son Jason is actually the one that specializes in fence repair. He came out, did an estimate, and gave me a fair price. Not only did Jason do a great job and used high quality material, but he even helped patch up some other parts of the fence that needed attention.
Honest family, hard working, great customer support – something that’s missing in a lot of contractors these days.

I received hail damage to my roof and like most people I called around for estimates. Terry Paris with AllStar Roofing was magnificent. Terry not only took the time to explain some of what the roofer does butalso took the time to work with my insurance agent to ensure that I was receiving the most money from my insurance company, which he managed to correct the adjusters estimate and I received more money than the original amount.
While doing the roof, a piece of my gutter was damaged. Not only did Terry find me a reliable guttercompany, but made sure it was promptly paid for. I understand mistakes happen and Terry was morethan over-enthused to ensure I was satisfied with the entire job, not just the roof, but the gutter also.
I work nights and I am difficult to reach me during day time hours. Terry was more than considerateby making sure any contact between himself and I was during the hours I was awake, that usuallymeant he was taking time he should have had off to himself to assist me in my roof problem. Unlikeother companies I had called, they ignored my request to call during certain hours disrupting my sleepschedule, imagine someone calling you at 3 a.m. just to ask a question or to call just to see if you weregoing to do business with them.He was the only roofer that actually put down his home address. Not too many business men in thiscountry would offer to do that with any profession.
And of course, Terry may not have been the lowest bid, but compared to some of the bids I received,he was considerably lower than what I took as “taking advantage of a woman”. His bid on the averagewas $1,700 lower than most and I received a twenty-five year shingle instead of a twenty year quotedon most bids. I chose Terry because of his professionalism and respect for the hours I needed to sleep.Once we signed the contract, he was back out at my house in a few days, only taking about 10 hours tocomplete.
As a person who comes from a different part of the country and roofing is done different than here inTexas, Terry was more than helpful. I would recommend Terry and All Star Roofing to anyone who mayneed assistance with roofing problems. Unlike the area I come from where more than enough peopleyou know have a brother or a friend that ensures you get the best quality work or someone down thestreet who knows someone who does “excellent” work at great prices, I find Terry to fit in that group.Being new to the area and experiencing first hand that companies in the Austin area tend to take advantage of situations such as this, I was more than comforted that Terry fit in “my hometown” group.Terry will receive any and all issues I may incur in the future with roofing problems.

I had a great experience with Terry and his crew at All Star Roofing. He came out the same day I called and had a quote to us very quickly. He was at least $600 less than another roofer and was able to get to our roof within 4 days. His crew arrived promptly at 8:00 am and got to work. By 3:00 pm we were looking at our new roof! He also made small recommendations to help keep the cost down, which is always appreciated. I highly recommend giving him a call for your roofing needs.

I called [Terry] and here he is, 3 hours later. What more do I need to say? Looking for a roofer and member of the Better Business Bureau, who’s not afraid to get wet? Call for a free estimate.
I wish more services that I call upon make me this happy

We had a tree branch overhanging our roof that had knocked off some of the shingles and exposed the plywood underneath. Terry and Lynn were very responsive when we called. They showed up for the estimate and again for the work precisely when he said he would. (Which is very important to me.) The roof was fixed in a timely manner at a fair price. Terry also inspected a minor roof repair that was done a few years ago and “cleaned” it up. The fixes look very professional. Overall, we were very pleased with the job done by All Star Roofing.

This is the one to hire. Will definitely call them when we need another repair or even a new roof.
Before I called All Star here in Liberty Hill, I previously had 3 other roofers to come out to fix leak onto living room ceiling. All of them said it was coming from the chimney. One said the wood around the top of the chimney was rotting and needed to be replaced, saying that was what was causing the leak, so they replaced the boards on the top edge. Another roofer said all was needed was to be caulked, so he caulked it but never painted it & in time the caulking shrunk. The 3rd one same story. Money wasted, wish I had known about All Star the first go around.
Jason came out to give us an estimate and what we had previously been told from the roofers was not even the problem. Jason found the leak in the back right away. My husband & I thought this was the worst of the leaks, boy was we wrong. Yes it was leaking onto the living room ceiling & when it rained hard, I had to put a bucket under the leak. There was a nasty stain on the ceiling and every time it rained it spread more. Jason told us the reason for the leak was coming from a place next to the dormer that needed repair, he said that was an easy fix and it was. Then he told us the boards around the exterior of the chimney had been installed wrong when the house was constructed. That the boards that run vertical on the corners should be on the outer side of the boards that run horizontal up to the top of the chimney. He discussed it with us and giving us an option of reworking the boards on the chimney or to caulk & paint it and see how that does before going to the added expense of reworking the boards completely. We went with the caulk & paint for now and have had no problems there.
He examined the living room ceiling and said the sheetrock was still in good shape, so he sealed the stain and repainted ceiling. It has been over 2 years and you can’t tell even a stain or problem was there. Two of the previous roofers had said the sheetrock would have to be replace, Jason save us from that added cost.
The leak on the side from the roof onto the covered porch was a small leak, or so we thought. When Jason got up there he saw that part of the roof that had initially had the leak had not been constructed when the house was built as it should have been. The boards were rotting, where there should have been support beam underneath, there wasn’t one and all this the water from the rain had caused major damage. Something we couldn’t see or tell but someone with extensive roofing knowledge would know. That ended up costing more than what we initially thought, but it was money well spent.
We had called our insurance company with questions about our roof from high winds, little did I know that when I did that a claim was filed. I didn’t want to file a claim I just wanted to ask some questions. The insurance company sent out a contracted adjustor to appraise damage. The appraiser saw a board on the 2nd story that had been left longer on one side with ragged unpainted edge. He told us that would later cause a problem, plus he stated some other things, then he told me he had a home repair business, hint, hint. I thought he was just being too picky about things wanting our business. When I told Jason what the contracted adjustor said about the board, he didn’t see that it would cause a problem. Yes, it didn’t look perfect, but you wouldn’t even notice unless you knew what to look for. The board was at an angle and not easy to get to; Jason went ahead and cut the board to match the other side.
I had our cupola with weather vane taken down a year before, it needed to be sanded and restained, plus the rooster weather vane had lost his tail feather due to high winds. I had the cupola ready and waiting for someone to install it, Jason did it, making sure it was level on a round pointed high pitched roof over our gazebo porch.
He also replaced missing shingles that had blown off from high winds.
He went over the whole roof and told us our roof was still in good shape but suggested we get gutters for the 2nd floor from where the rain had run off of the dormers.
Jason was honest, very well mannered, worked diligently, found every problem & better yet, got them fixed as to our expectations. We didn’t go with the added gutters, but he is right about that. We are hoping to replace our asphalt shingles with a metal roof when the time comes to have it replaced.
Again, let me say ~ This is the one to hire!
